Party Down Live Entertainment proudly offers the most competitive and affordable pricing for live entertainment & DJ services that include the costs of professional audio & visual requirements such as sound systems, lighting and the delivery and set up of this equipment. Also please note that travel expenses for the musicians and equipment we provide is also included in these prices.

Party Down Classic

Live Entertainment & DJ Package: $8500.00

Live Dance Band and DJ for the celebration portion of your event.

3x50 Minute Sets of Exciting Live Entertainment

Female & Male Vocals with Guitar, Bass, Drums, Keys!

DJ Service w/ requests during the dance portion of your event in between the live music sets so there is ALWAYS music playing!

Audio & Visual. Professional sound system, professional lighting, Microphones for Speeches, Delivery of sound & light equipment to and from venue.

Event Consulting. In person or over the phone consultation to review technicalities, logistics & schedule.

Venue Coordination. Rest easy knowing we work thoroughly to ensure efficient and timely communication with your venue to ensure everything is in place for the big day.

Your choice of live dinner music, cocktail hour or ceremony music.

Anytime Phone Consultation prior to your wedding or event we will work with you continuously to ensure effective organization and execution of the live entertainment and music.

      Ensure music is covered for the entire event by having Party Down's DJ service accommodate with a customizable playlist for cocktail hour, dinner and the entire event start to finish

        Booking Details, Payments & Policies

        CUSTOMIZE
        Bride and groom or event organizer confirms package of interest and any necessary add ons or special requests/preferences for the specific event. Please make us aware of as many details as soon as possible about your wedding or event so we can ensure to plan and execute accurately and efficiently!

        CONTRACT
        Party Down provides a service agreement contract with the details of our services and any specific requests for the event. Contract to be signed by both parties.

        DEPOSIT
        Party Down receives a 40% deposit via website, cash or cheque.
        We will now begin contacting your venue regarding logistics, technical requirements & further details. Deposits are non- refundable unless otherwise agreed upon and stated in the service agreement contract.

        ALLOW US TO TAKE CONTROL
        Event consulting, venue coordination & planning
        Allow us to assist in the planning, organization and customization of your live entertainment, music and audio/visual needs. We will work closely with you over email and phone leading up to the big day to ensure

        IN PERSON CONSULTATION
        On site or at another convenient location. Review details, schedule and playlist.
        Meet with us in person at the venue or another convenient location at the most convenient time in your event planning journey to discuss the logistics, schedule & details of your event. This is also a great time to review the live band & DJ playlists.

        FINAL CONSULTATION (1 Month 3 Days prior to event)
        Confirm final details and touch base immediately prior to the big day so we ensure everything is covered.

        REMAINING BALANCE – Party Down accepts the remaining balance on the day of the wedding or event prior to any live performance or DJ music being played. We accept cash, check or wire transfer.

        ENJOY THE BIG DAY
        Party Down will arrive on site 3-5 hours prior to guests or wedding party arrival to ensure set up and sound check are efficiently completed with 30min-1hour of silence before anyone arrives at the venue.
